Mr Malcolm Short
ONZM. Company Director - Rotorua
Malcolm is a well-respected member of numerous community organisations, both local and national, and was Chairman of the Pukeroa Oruawhata Trust for more than 20 years. In 1993 he led the team which successfully negotiated the Ngati Whakaue agreement, which saw the return of railway land to local iwi. Malcolm was awarded an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit for his services to the Maori Community.
Mr Pita (Peter) Anaru
MNZM. Retired School Principal - Rotorua
Peter served in the NZ Regular Army and saw service in Malaya. He has vast experience in the educational sector and recently retired as a long-serving Justice of the Peace. He is actively involved in the community and was awarded the Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to the community.

John has an economics degree with Honours, from Victoria University of Wellington. He is a commercial consultant – providing advice on capital raising, financial planning and wealth management. He also provides advice on new business opportunities from emerging Trade Agreements involving New Zealand.

Murray spent considerable time working with Māori businesses and iwi and enjoys being actively involved in community projects. His areas of expertise are: accounting and business advisory services, Māori business development and the facilitation of projects and joint ventures with Māori organisations.

Kevin is a long-time owner and operator of a successful, well-respected business in Rotorua. He has been actively involved in the community for many years, holding a variety of roles and has a strong affiliation with community organisations.
